Vehicles for Change-VR (VFC-VR) was founded with the goal of expanding the success of the Full Circle Auto Repair and Training Center’s internship program to a wider audience. This program has helped many individuals facing multiple barriers to employment find jobs in the auto industry. VFC-VR uses virtual reality technology to train individuals on entry-level auto technician basics so they can enter the workforce as tire and lube technicians. By doing so, VFC-VR is helping to create opportunities for individuals who may not have had them otherwise.
